Step 1

"Sichuan Spicy" (Super spicy) that breathes a tingly, fiery joy? Or the "Tomato" that heals with gentle, savory wisdom? Perhaps you can't decide and need a split pot. Choose wisely, for this magical liquid will be the soul of your feast.

Step 2

Select a variety of raw, thinly-sliced items. Common choices are sliced beef or lamb, leafy vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, noodles, and seafood like shrimp or fish balls.

Step 3

Add ingredients to the simmering broth. Cook meats for just a few seconds until they change color. Vegetables, noodles, and dense items like fish balls will take longer. Ask your server for specific cooking times if needed.

Step 4

Once cooked, dip items into your personal sauce bowl (made from the sauce bar), then eat. Continue cooking new batches of ingredients at your own pace throughout the meal.
